Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@skinhousefacialbar.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns
We love the products we offer, but if something just isn’t for you, we will do our best to make it right. Skin House Facial Bar accepts returns or exchanges on all unopened products within 7 days of purchase (For online orders, 7 days from when the product was delivered) for a full refund to the initial form of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. Please reach out to us at hello@skinhousefacialbar.com for more information and/or to initiate your return or exchange.
Skin House Facial Bar monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any point.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or products that have been substantially used.
Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are near our flagship location, you may bring in the item you wish to return within 7 days of the day it was received.

Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
