Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in a Skin House Facial Bar membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Membership Billing
Your membership is billed automatically each month using the payment method provided at enrollment. By joining, you authorize Skin House Facial Bar to charge your payment method on file for your recurring monthly membership fee and any applicable charges permitted under these terms. Membership benefits become available according to your selected membership tier and successful payment status.
Membership Commitment
Monthly memberships require a minimum commitment beginning on the date of enrollment. After the initial commitment period, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Membership Tiers & Benefits
Membership benefits are based on the tier selected at enrollment and may include one eligible monthly treatment, preferred member pricing, product discounts, enhancement discounts, priority booking, birthday benefits, and referral rewards. Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.

Certain premium services, advanced treatments, upgrades, or enhancements may require an additional charge.
Member Discounts & Preferred Pricing
Member discounts apply only to eligible products, enhancements, and select advanced treatments as defined by the member’s active tier. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, gift card offers, or special pricing unless specifically stated by Skin House Facial Bar.
Membership Credits
Unused monthly services may roll over for up to 90 days while the membership remains active and in good standing. Any unused services expire upon membership termination and are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or refundable.
Appointment Cancellation Policy for Members
Membership appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the redeemed monthly membership service.
Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellations must be requested in writing by emailing frontdesk@skinhousefacialbar.com with a 30-day notice. Cancellation requests are subject to the minimum commitment. After the initial commitment period has been satisfied, members may cancel prior to their next scheduled billing date to prevent future charges. Membership charges already processed are non-refundable.
Early Cancellation During Minimum Commitment
If a member chooses to cancel before completing the initial commitment, an early cancellation fee of $150 will apply, unless cancellation is required due to a documented medical restriction, relocation outside the service area or another exception approved by Skin House Facial Bar.
Membership Termination & Remaining Benefits
Once cancellation is effective, members may use any valid remaining membership benefits through the end of their current paid billing cycle. After that date, all unused membership services, discounts and benefits expire.
Membership Freezes or Pauses
Membership freezes are not routinely available. Skin House Facial Bar may approve a temporary membership pause for documented medical reasons or extended travel at its discretion. Approved pauses must be arranged in writing before the next scheduled billing date.
Failed Payments
If a membership payment is declined or cannot be processed, membership benefits may be paused until the outstanding balance is successfully collected. The member remains responsible for any outstanding balance permitted under these membership terms.
Non-Transferable / No Cash Value
Memberships, monthly services, credits, discounts and benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, refunded or applied toward gratuity.
Price or Benefit Changes
Skin House Facial Bar reserves the right to modify membership pricing, eligible services, or membership benefits with advance notice. Changes will not alter benefits already paid for during an active billing cycle.

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions, including recurring billing authorization, appointment cancellation terms, and membership cancellation requirements.
