What is the minimum membership commitment period?
Signing up for one of the programs will automatically enroll you in our Skin House Club Membership.
*All Skin House Membership programs are a 6 month commitment, paid monthly.
Is there a membership that is safe while pregnant?
Yes. Our Classic Membership is pregnancy safe. For your benefit, please let us know if you are pregnant when you come in for your treatment.
Can I change my membership term?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. You can make this request by contacting our Guest Concierge team, or by speaking to our Team at Skin House during your next visit.
Can I upgrade my monthly facial?
Yes. This is a great opportunity to try one of our other facials! The upgraded price will be the difference of your monthly membership fee and the member facial pricing.
How do I sign up for a membership?
- Sign Up Online: Enjoy the convenience of enrolling in our membership program directly on our website.
- Join Us In-Person: Experience the benefits firsthand! Book a facial, and then consult with our skin experts to find the perfect membership for your personal goals. We can even activate your membership before checkout, including the facial you just received for a seamless transition.
How do I get billed?
Your membership will be auto renewed on day your membership was initially purchased.
How do I freeze/cancel my membership?

Can I put my membership on hold?
Taking an extended vacation? You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months each year.
How do I use my guest pass that is part of my membership?
Members can't gift their complimentary guest pass to anyone who has not yet had a Skin House Facial.
Can I transfer my membership to another guest?
Membership facials are non-transferable.
How does the referral program work?

What is the membership policy?
Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used or combined with other promotions or offers. Members with accounts in good standing enjoy exclusive pricing on Injectables and additional facials, plus an in-store and online product discount at any time during your active membership term. Purchase or use of a membership constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Skin House Membership Program.
If I don’t make it in form monthly facial, do I lose my facial credit?

Can I share my perks with family and friends?
No, membership perks are non-transferable, but you can gift them your complimentary guest pass.
Can I use gift cards to pay for my monthly membership fee?
No, you are not able to pay for your monthly membership fee with your gift card.
